Service Packages
Our services are broken down into three packages, Deluxe, Basic and Budget.
Budget- This plan is designed to help aid in the lead generation process while still requiring you to be VERY active in the process. This package is mostly used by property managers and apartment complexes who still have their own leasing service but would like additional exposure.
Basic- This takes it to the next level! In this package you get many additional features and services! You still show the home, but we take care of almost every other aspect of the leasing process! This is a great package if you live in the same town as your rental and enjoy conducting several showings, have your own signs and do not need credit checked.
Deluxe- Otherwise known as a "Full Service" package, the Deluxe option is our best deal if you are seeking a service that get the job done from start to finish, while still keeping you informed along the way.
